Too many people have unsolicited and uninformed opinions about the human brain, and we will resist that with common sense and evidenced neuroscience.For all of my clients, astrology plays a natural role in how we reflect on the paths we're on. I use it to highlight themes, predisposed narratives, and innate strengths so we can propel forward, ground in rest, or fight for what's just.Please reach out if you've got pathological procrastination, are feeling politically overwhelmed, need to build community, or just can't stop moving while your body begs for rest.I help and learn from people of every brand and creed (except fascists).

What I do
Astrology is pattern recognition. It's also a tool for reflection.In a world where we're constantly asked to reflect on our worth as part of a good vs. evil binary, astrology prompts us to see ourselves at a 360º angle.I use astrology to emphasize our strengths and shift our perspectives to understand that there are no bad "placements," simply challenges that we're inherently equipped to embrace as one part of a larger whole.Pro tip: I personally love doing Composite reading for friends/lovers, but I think my Executive Function reading is the most useful, especially for those who struggle with initiation & "motivation."
You know that feeling in a dream that you need to run but can't move your feet?That's what it feels like when you can't seem to have a healthy relationship with time, understand the intentions of friends & coworkers, or are unable to just get to the f*cking gym.Shame doesn't leave a lot of room for accomplishment.Coaching isn't therapy. So, I get to give you information to guide your next steps, share in your experiences the similarities of my own, and learn from you as well.Pro-Tip: Incorporate astrology or tarot into coaching feels far more natural than you'd think. After working as a Risk Manager in financial services for over a decade, I felt I needed to help people more than I needed to help corporations.What I encountered when I left corporate America was a mixture of people who mean well and people who are looking to make a quick buck off of teaching folks like me--the person who needs to make a pivot because their conscience says so, but is both restricted and put off by the demands of capitalism and euro-centric, deeply patriarchal educational institutions.I still don't have a great response to the dilemma of needing to participate inside of the system, but instead of pursuing certification, I sought out wisdom.I menteed under the amazing Donnie, The Life Maximizer, and the equally incredible Joellyn, the Portland ADHD Coach, and continue to learn on the job everyday, aside from self-led continuing education.Having coached neurospicy and LGBTQ people (and loving every second of it), I open my practice to all who are seeking guidance (save for fascists), need opening to another, more dynamic level of intuition.
